Counselling via telephone
Telephone counselling is a structured therapeutic relationship, where the client and therapist speak on the telephone, rather than meeting in person. As a client, you will be called at a prearranged time, based on contracting and availability.
Sessions, like face-to-face ones, usually take place at the same time, and on the same day, each week-lasting 50 minutes.
We understand that shift work would often mean that session times would require flexibility-please do get in touch to discuss your needs.
