If you are here, you might be struggling with issues like depression, stress, anxiety, abuse, loss. I understand how difficult it can be to try and go through your day holding onto feelings of fear, despair, worry and constantly thinking that you are not enough. I offer a warm, safe and compassionate approach, working with a wide range of techniques and professional experience to help you find effective strategies to move forward.

It is my personal belief that spending time with an empathic, non-judgemental therapist, offers you the opportunity to feel truly seen and heard, perhaps for the first time, gaining insight into the matters that brought you here.

I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and National Counselling Society registered counsellor  and fully abide by the professional guidelines set out in the BACP Ethical Framework.

Whether you are suffering with anxiety, depression or would like to process a traumatic experience, here at Counselling Insight you will find a safe space, where you can feel comfortable enough to share your thoughts and feelings and explore life.

I have experience of working with young people for mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self harm and suicidal ideation. I have also provided short term-solution focused counselling-within the NHS- for adults who have experienced trauma and abuse as well as those who present with a range of mental health issues.
