If you are here, you might be struggling with issues like depression, stress, anxiety, abuse, loss. I understand how difficult it can be to try and go through your day holding onto feelings of fear, despair, worry and constantly thinking that you are not enough.I offer a warm, safe and compassionate approach, working with a wide range of techniques and professional experience to help you find effective strategies to move forward.

It is my personal belief that spending time with an empathic, non-judgemental therapist, offers you the opportunity to feel truly seen and heard, perhaps for the first time, gaining insight into the matters that brought you here.
